Gale Park Update
13 of the 18 houses are contracted in the first phase at Gale Park already! The site work is well underway with anticipated completion by Jan 1, footings are expected to be poured in Feb with these homes closing in June & July. We have a model home located at the corner of Gale Lane and Vaulx Lane, by appointment. There are still one of each floor plan remaining in Phase 1.

Gale Park is now pre-selling!
Today is only the 9th day on the market and there is already a burst of activity about the highly anticipated Gale Park Development! I met with 3 potential buyers last weekend to tour the model, and we are meeting interested buyers throughout this week. We"ve already contracted 6 of the homes at Gale Park at pre-construction prices!!
West End Station, another successful Core Development community, located in Sylvan Park; is a very similar development, consisting of 45 residential homes. Our current model is located there while the new model is being built on-site at Gale Park.
