Chesterfield Development - Update

Construction update:  Site work is preparing for the road to be installed next week, which will allow easier access to the homes and allow sidewalks to be installed.  There are 6 houses framed up and another 2 foundations are started.  The model home will be complete in December and already has hardwoods and cabinets installed!

Sales update:  18 houses are now under contract!  Select your lot and floor plan soon for a Spring move-in.  We are operating with a 5 month lead time from contract to completion.

Wow, the first 47 homes are now sold at Gale Park!  This includes the 12 homes in the second courtyard, which are currently under construction.

Construction Update

Construction is underway on the 12 homes in the 2nd courtyard at Gale Park!  9 of these homes were contracted pre-construction. A Norton floor plan will be our new model in this courtyard and will be completed in a couple months.  There are two 3-bedroom Copley plans started and available for $269,500.

44 homes at Gale Park have already sold, which means we've past the halfway point!
