Gale Park Update 8/2/11
Gale Park is looking good! The road and courtyard are installed. Many of the homes are nearing completion and contract holders are anxiously awaiting their move-in. Construction Update 6/10
The homes now have siding and are in the process of being painted. Inside, many of them are drywalled, hardwoods and tile are being installed. The courtyard sidewalk is poured, the roads are being installed, retention walls are up.
25 of the 35 homes are now sold, with the first homeowners moving in next month! There are still 2 and 3 bedroom homes available, priced 239,500-254,500.

Construction Update 4/28
Since it was a sunny day, I thought I'd walk the site and provide some photos of the construction progress. 12 homes are up, with several more getting started soon. Walking through the homes is a great way to get a sense of the size and feel of the floor plans.
There has been a flurry of activity lately, with 5 contracts written in the last 2 weeks! There are currently 19 homes contracted out of the 35 in Phase 1. The earliest homes will be move in ready this Summer.

April's construction update
It's April, the sun is shining and construction at Gale Park is in full force! Several of the homes are framed up, incl a Norton, 2 and 3 bedroom Copleys. I walked some prospective buyers through a few of the houses yesterday and you can really get a feel for the layout and size of these homes. If you are considering purchasing a Gale Park home, I'd invite you to call me to schedule a tour of the model home to see the finishes then I'll walk you onsite to see some of the homes that are under construction. Model Home - Open House
We will be having an open house this Sunday 1/9/2011, and will continue to host open houses each Sunday from 2-4pm. The model home is located at the corner of Vaulx Ln and Gale Ln, adjacent to the Gale Park site. The site work is underway as the clearing of the land and removal of rock takes place. We have 13 homes already under contract, with another 5 available for a pre-construction contract. The 18 homes in the 1st Phase are expected to be delivered in Summer 2011.
