Since it was a sunny day, I thought I'd walk the site and provide some photos of the construction progress. 12 homes are up, with several more getting started soon. Walking through the homes is a great way to get a sense of the size and feel of the floor plans.There has been a flurry of activity lately, with 5 contracts written in the last 2 weeks! There are currently 19 homes contracted out of the 35 in Phase 1. The earliest homes will be move in ready this Summer.
